The North Coastal Consortium Teaching, Reflection, and Induction (NCC TRI) program is a two-year California State Commission approved professional teacher induction program designed to provide job-embedded, individualized support and opportunities for eligible first and second-year teachers to complete California state requirements for attaining a clear credential.
