During the 2023-2024 school year, Solana Beach School District (SBSD) will pilot or try out History-Social Science (HSS) instructional materials. The purpose of the pilot is to evaluate the materials and ultimately decide upon one primary set of materials to adopt for SBSD beginning the 2024-2025 school year and beyond.

All History Social Science Materials being considered for adoption are now available for family and community partner preview and input until April 26, 2024!

Additionally, hard copy materials will be available for review at the Solana Beach School District Office at 309 N. Rios Avenue from April 8 - April 26, 2024.
