Your child is provided a free public school education, therefore all materials and supplies for your child’s learning in the classroom are supplied by the school district. We understand that parents often want to supplement those materials. If parents choose to provide optional items for their students, below is a list of suggested supplies.

For the safety of our students and the lack of room in our classroom, please do not purchase any type of rolling backpack for your child. However, be sure it is large enough to carry a homework binder and still have space for lunch/snack, water bottle, and any other school-related items.

Other Donations for the Classroom:

• Treasure Box  The students shop on Fridays using their earned "Walker Bucks".  Please send in any extra goodie bag items from birthdays, shop at the Dollar Spot at Target, there are also great items at Dollar Tree and Staples...whatever your child thinks would be good for the Treasure Box. 
  

• Gift Cards to AMAZON or Target to fill the Treasure Box, to buy/replenish classroom supplies...and more, as ideas and needs arise!
  

• Miscellaneous  We always seem to need highlighters (yellow and thin), sticky notes, gel pens, and Expo Markers.
