    Welcome to the Carmel Creek Learning Specialists page, dedicated to the academic and social-emotional excellence of all students and families of Carmel Creek.  The Solana Beach School District is committed to the identification of and service for students with special needs within the least restrictive environment with access to the general education curriculum.  Services and placements are based on each student's Individualized Educational Program.
