I wake up with a smile each day because I get to work with such amazing students, parents, and colleagues. I grew up in Brea, CA and went to USC (Fight On!) for my undergraduate degree in public relations and marketing. After about a year of working in technology public relations, I had that ah-ha moment and realized I needed to work with children and become a teacher. It's been the best decision I've made. I earned my credential and M. Ed., moved to San Diego and haven't looked back since!
I got married in April of 2022 to my husband Stephen, and had our first baby, Dean, in August of 2023. We are expecting baby girl in September 2024. We also are parents to two dogs - Moki and Tex :).
