Frank Glasson, Director: “I am a professional trumpet player, born and raised in Solana Beach and I myself learned to play the trumpet at Skyline School.  I am vested in nurturing a high quality band program in our school district.  I am passionate about music and believe that my dynamic approach will inspire the band to new heights as the best learning comes when you enjoy what you are doing. I encourage interested students to talk to current members of the band to hear first hand what a rewarding experience being part of a band can be.”
