    Welcome to third and fourth grade!  I am so happy to have you in my class! 
     
    My name is Ellen Adams, and this is my eighteenth year teaching.  I've taught third, fourth, and fifth grade at six different schools, and I love what I do.  

    I graduated from UCLA with a major in Psychology and a minor in Education, and then went on to get my Multiple Subjects Credential, M.Ed., and Elementary Math Education Certification at UCSD.  I also completed my Mobile Technology certification through the USD.  I hold certifications in Dyslexia Education, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Leading Edge, and Math for Elementary School Students.  I love teaching and learning more about the profession.  
    My goal is to have students emulate the positive character traits that we talk about in class and for them to be excited to come to school every day.  I want my students to feel successful and proud of themselves and their accomplishments.
