• The Solana Beach Child Development Center Programs are required to follow health and safety guidance from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), San Diego County Public Health and Human Services, and Cal-Osha.

    The CDC Programs follow the K-12 Schools Guidance and student exposures in CDC Child Care, Enrichment Classes, District Band, or Academic Clubs follow the COVID-19 K-12 Decision Tree.

    *Modified Quarantine: students remain in school, are asymptomatic, are tested 2x weekly for the quarantine period and are able to attend any District CDC program during the quarantine timeline. 

    *Return on Day 6: provides evidence of a negative COVID-19 test result on or after Day 5 of the quarantine timeline. Days 6-10 must wear a mask that fits snugly over the mouth and nose

    *Return on Day 11: student remains at home for ten days and is able to return on Day 11 without a test and is symptom-free.
