Independent Citizens' Oversight Committee (ICOC) for General Obligation Bond, Measure JJ

Committee Member Roster

The Independent Citizens' Oversight Committee (ICOC) shall serve for a minimum term of two years and for no more than three consecutive terms. The citizens’ oversight committee shall represent and be active in a business organization representing the business community located within the school district;  active in a senior citizens’ organization; active in a bona fide taxpayers’ organization; be a parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the school district; be both a parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the school district and active in a parent-teacher organization, such as the Parent Teacher Association or school site council.

*The Annual Audit Report includes a Performance Audit performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and the standards for Local School Construction Bond Audits outlined by the K12 Education Audit Appeals Panel (EAAP). In addition, an ICOC member is interviewed during the audit process to discuss the bond program and gather community feedback.
