ELO-P Registration

California's Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) provides funding for afterschool and summer school enrichment programs eligible students.

ELO-P eligible students are those enrolled in Solana Beach School District schools who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Eligible for Free or Reduced-price Lunch, as Determined by the Household Income (will need to provide District Letter) 
• Classified as Foster Youth
• Experiencing Homelessness

Students who do not qualify for free enrollment based on the criteria above, may still participate in the fee-based Child Development Center programs.
