Dear Parents, This is a checklist referring to important district policies regarding health, student safety, school rules, internet and media use, residency and “Home-School Compact”. You may access all of these policies by clicking here or you may pick up a packet in the school office. Please review the policies and return the signed “Annual Notification Signatures”, emergency card, health card, and Declaration of Residency form by Friday, Sept. 7th.
