This is a checklist referring to important district policies regarding health, student safety, school rules, internet and media use, residency and “Home-School Compact”. You may access all of these policies by clicking here or you may pick up a packet in the school office. Please review the policies and return the signed “Annual Notification Signatures”, emergency card, health card, and Declaration of Residency form by Friday, Sept. 7th. The policies are identified on our website by name, “Required Annual Forms and Notification.” Thank you for supporting our efforts to “go green!”
