Solana Pacific School participates in the statewide School Improvement Program. The School Site Council is an integral part of this program. The School Site Council is made up of teachers, classified staff, the principal, and parents.  Meetings are scheduled four times a year to review and update the School Strategic Plan and provide input to the staff and feedback to the community about school improvement goals.

Every year the school updates the Site Strategic Plan to reflect the current needs and priorities of the school's improvement efforts.
