Solana Beach Elementary PTA

The Solana Beach PTA comprises parents, teachers and administrators from both Solana Vista and Skyline. As a nationally sponsored program, our local chapter is active in many factions of school life. PTA sponsors a wide variety of fundraising activities, as well as programs that benefit all the kids at Skyline and Solana Vista.

PTA raises funds primarily through membership dues, the popular T-shirt drive, and the Innisbrook gift wrap drive. Last year the PTA raised over $67,000 through these and other efforts.

Funds raised go directly to helping the school and community. These programs include: an emergency/charity fund, the Wave directory, cultural enrichment programs, field trips, teacher gifts and appreciation, Red Ribbon week, book exchange, Reflections, Books & Beyond, study buddies, Super Star math, 3rd grade play, Jam'n geography, 6th grade promotion, and many other activities.
