Purpose of the Site Council
- Participate in the development of the Site Strategic
Plan.
- Monitor the school site plan and periodically
assess the effectiveness of the plan.
- Annually update the plan to reflect changing needs and
priorities.
- Annually establish a school improvement and Foundation
budget.
