Solana Beach School District Information Services Guidelines for Digital Photography/Videos

At the beginning of each school year, students and parents are asked to sign Publications, Images of Students, Video, Internet Consent and Release Agreement form. Teachers and staff will follow these guidelines when using photos and videos of students:
1) Authorization/permission slips for student pictures/video must be signed by parent/guardian. 2) A sticker or label needs to be affixed to each DVD or Video distributed to families that says, "For Personal Use Only. Not to be Duplicated". 3) If a student is not authorized to be photographed or taped, then the student CANNOT appear in a video or in a picture posted on the Web.
