The Strategic Planning process in the Solana Beach District guides our work and enables our school community to focus its effort in service of our vision and mission. It is an annual process that is used to examine and reaffirm our priorities and goals. District and site planning teams are made up of an equal number of parents/ community members and staff members. Staff representatives include classified employees, classroom teachers, principals and district office administrators. |
