Solana Beach School District’s instructional programs are supplemented with numerous state and federal funds. These funds are directed toward high quality instruction and materials designed to raise academic achievement for all students. State and Federal Project funding programs include:

Title I Part A (Federal)
Title I provides supplemental funds to be used to narrow the educational gap between disadvantaged children in areas where the highest concentration of children are from low-income families.

Title III/Limited English Proficient (Federal)
The purpose of the Title III - LEP Student Program is to ensure that all limited-English proficient (LEP) students, referred to as English Learners (EL) in California, attain English proficiency, develop high levels of academic attainment in English, and meet the same challenging state academic standards as all other students.

Economic Impact Aid/English Learners (State)
Economic Impact Aid (EIA) provides supplemental funds, kindergarten through grade twelve, to support (1) additional programs and services for English learners (ELs).
